APCUPSD widget not working after pfSense + update to v.23.01

I opened an new issue on suggestion from rcoleman-netgate in link: https://forum.netgate.com/topic/178106/apcupsd-widget-not-working-after-pfsense-update-to-v-23-01
On Monday I start an update of pfSense+ from older version 22.05 to the newest version 23.01. At first I didn't uninstall the apcupsd package in pfSense+ v.22.05 and I start full upgrade to the version 23.01 and after all came to an end I saw that apcupsd widget is not working. I tried uninstall and then install apcupsd packet and no luck. The bug does not effected my app in the phone with name apcupsd from Nitramite developer, and also apcupsd Status page in pfSense+ does it's job.
I'm runnig pfSense+ on a Lenovo ThinkCentre M9xp (x is a number) computer with 4 PCI to LAN cards.
Apcupsd server in pfSense+ is working.

Based on the error in the screenshots this is a duplicate of #13970
