Description
Testing the installer for CE 2.7.1 there is no keyboard/keymap layout option provided as described here:
https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/install/install-walkthrough.html#keymap-selection
This seems to be a regression for VGA as this output mode will be using a VGA console with keyboard.

I tried both BIOS and UEFI paths and it doesn't show up in either case. This isn't new, however, it wasn't in 2.7.0 either. It was there in 2.6.0 but that was based on an older version of FreeBSD/bsdinstall.
IIRC we just used what upstream had there, if it changed then it was probably dropped upstream in FreeBSD 14. I'm not sure if it will be viable for us to add that back (And be on the hook for maintaining it).
