Description

When adding a Virtual IP, pfSense Plus will complain that you can't use the Network ID or Broadcast Address if you try to use one of these addresses in IPv4. However, when adding adding an IPv6 VIP, there isn't a "Network ID", but instead a Prefix ID. We should either update the text to just add this as something in the list of "unsupported things" or change the text based on whether it's an IPv6 or IPv4 address.

This is not true for IPv6. There is nothing special about the prefix ID address like there is in IPv4. In IPv6 every address in the prefix is usable, including the all zeroes and all ones addresses.
