Description

I have tried both with windows RADIUS and the packaged offered as an add-on for pfSense (freeradius) and both with the same result. I tried to set a static ip in the radius server, and check the option in the PPPoE server, and nothing? Oh, except when to make the connection, you get authed, then when windows is "trying to register on the network" or in other words get and IP, it times out dropping the connection. I hope I am not missing something. Thank you.

I have been to the forums, searched, and nothing. When you setup PPPoE Server, and set the option to get an IP address from the RADIUS server, it hangs and does not work. However when you let the PPPoE server handle the IP addresses, its fine.

Can you please try latest snapshots?
Also if still seeing issues can you get packet traces and any logs from pfSense to radius server?

I am just upgrading now, has there been some work since I last posted on the PPPoE server? If so, thank you.
