Description

We should have an entry under Status > Services for radvd if it's enabled for any interface, to follow the custom of our other similar daemons.

Seth or Darren will need to look over the enable test probably, I'm not sure what all is needed there.

On this snapshot:

2.1-BETA1 (i386) built on Wed Feb 20 19:15:36 EST 2013

I see radvd in the Status: Services screen and the Services Status widget. It appears to correctly reflect the state of the radvd daemon, and stopping and starting radvd seems to work correctly.
