Description

The upgrade process should prompt the user before it upgrades from 32 to 64 bit or vice versa to prevent accidentally changing between versions.

Not that it's specifically addressing the need for a prompt, but I recently made the manifest drop-down bold the choices and add a note when they match the current architecture, and added a warning on that page about cross-architecture upgrades.
