Description

PPTP users tab needs to go away and be integrated with user manager.

The Radius server settings need to also be pulled from the User Manager authentication server setup as well.

IIRC mpd passwords are stored in plain text. This might be a challenge if not impossible.

Setting to 2.1, duplicated in #1099 which had been updated to reflect that.

#1099 (closed as a duplicate of this one) had a target of 2.1.
Is that still the case or is Future correct?
