Description

The OpenVPN GUI code in 2.0 seems to be missing the Dynamic IP checkbox that is present on 1.2.3.

The code is still in /etc/inc/openvpn.inc to handle the option, referenced as dynamic_ip, so it should just be a matter of adding it back into the GUI side of things.
