Error/Log spam from gateway groups during filter reload

Description

Getting this on a recent snap that did not have problems on a snap from 2 weeks ago:

Mar 28 07:55:38     php-fpm     36450     /rc.filter_configure_sync: An error occurred while trying to find the interface got C . The rule has not been added.

That error message only happens during gateway group processing and the "got <x>" looks like it's the first character of the gateway group description.

To me since I have a fix, will push momentarily.
