Add console shutdown option along with reboot at end of installation

Description
In windows 2012R2 hyper-v, there is no way to change boot order, dismount a CD or "eject" virtual media while a vm is running. As a result, if you install pfsense by booting from a CD using mounted iso file, the only way to prevent pfsense from repeatedly rebooting from the CD is to force the vm to shutdown during the reboot. This is somewhat brute-force; not very different from turning the power off. Since Microsoft has not provided a way to eject a virtual cd, a workaround would be for the pfsense console to offer an option to shutdown along with the existing reboot.

I do believe as you said it, this is more of a microsoft issue.
HOWEVER, my HyperV allows me to eject virtual CDs while the VM is running, on the hyperv manager right click the machine and hit settings.
Then click the cdrom and set it to none.
Works fine for us, perhaps u just dont know how to do it...

Thanks for the reply. I tried setting none and applying, but it raised an error saying the device was locked. No idea why it didn't work. I'll try again.

If its locked, then you just need to set it to none, and have your mouse over the apply button, and dont click it untill the screen goes fully black as its shutting down to reboot.

Thanks for the info. I was trying to apply the setting before this phase because I mistakenly assumed that the CD would be open by this time. Applying the setting while the screen is black worked.
FWIW, windows 10 handles this in a very elegant way. Even if the VM is set to boot from the CD, immediately when it boots, there is a message, "press any key to boot from the CD". Otherwise, it boots from the IDE.

Between installer changes and Hyper-V changes in the last 3 years, this doesn't seem to be an issue for users anymore.
