Description
Whenever I change the channel on my 2.4 GHz AP the changes only apply on reboot. This broke in https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/commit/d325e90818db2b22fc2562c38493769f217230f2 because for AP mode the single ifconfig mode command thta was disable is still required.
I've created pull request 3169 that fixes the issue for me.

PR https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/pull/3169 was merged back in October.
Tested on a system on 2.4 with wireless, channel changed on apply as expected.
