ACME package cannot update more than one nsupdate type domain

Description
With multiple domains in the "Domain SAN List" set to nsupdate, it only appears to use the last key entered, rather than treating them individually for each domain.

I figured out a way to fix this. It's not pretty but the way the client passes data and processes the api commands don't seem to have an elegant solution. I'm testing the fix. Will push it shortly if it proves viable.
