Description

New Traffic Graph in Dashboard resets inverted view to overlapping view when switching tabs between Status-Monitoring and Dashboard.

I am having the new traffic graph in the dashboard setup to show me in/out graphs in inverted view (in:positive, out:negative). Having dashboard tab open (Firefox 51.0.1) with the traffic graph shown correctly (as configured), then switching to another tab showing the "Status -> Monitoring" graphs and then switching back to the dashboard results in the traffic graph being changed to overlapping view (both in/out in positive direction).

Tested in 21.05.2:

Opened two tabs, one on Status --> Monitoring and one in Status --> Dashboard with the Traffic Graph widget present. Not able to reproduce.

Tried switching back and forth by loading Status --> Dashboard and Status --> Monitoring in a single tab and alternating directly between them. Was unable to reproduce this then either.

Whatever was causing this either was likely a browser bug or a bug we fixed a long time ago, unless someone can reproduce this and provide steps.
