Description

The following message was taken from the pfsense log:

php: /xmlrpc.php: The command '/usr/local/bin/relayctl reload' returned exit code '127', the output was '/usr/local/bin/relayctl: not found'

The problem here is that the path to the relayctl binary should be: '/usr/local/sbin/relayctl'
