Description

When you have a forced redirect URL specified, the $PORTAL_REDIRURL$ macro still shows the URL the person attempted to access, rather than the forced redirect URL.

This should either change to the forced redirect URL if one is defined, or there should be a separate macro to access the forced redirect URL.
