Redmine pfSense Packages - Bug #14571 (Resolved): PHP Error prevents LCDProc client from working properly...https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/145712023-07-12T14:48:22ZCino .cinony@gmail.com

Since the latest pfSense update, the LCDproc client is unable to connect to the LCDproc server. I can confirm LCDproc is running and controlling the display but the php client isn't connecting. I believe its due to the php update within pfsense itself

PHP ERROR: Type: 1, File: /usr/local/pkg/lcdproc_client.php, Line: 461, Message: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot access offset of type string on string in /usr/local/pkg/lcdproc_client.php:461
Stack trace:
#0 /usr/local/pkg/lcdproc_client.php(1146): outputled_carp()
#1 /usr/local/pkg/lcdproc_client.php(1403): loop_status(Resource id #47)
#2 {main}
pfSense Packages - Bug #4301 (Closed): arpwatch not sending email reports on 2.2https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/43012015-01-26T12:45:25ZCino .cinony@gmail.com

Not much info I can provide for this one but arpwatch isn't sending email reports anymore after upgrading to 2.2 amd64. Reports in the GUI are correct but nothing is being mailed out. With the php-fpm change to the core, would this make sm.php/sendmail not function anymore?
pfSense Packages - Bug #4216 (Closed): squidguard squidguard-dev issueshttps://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/42162015-01-14T16:57:19ZCino .cinony@gmail.com

perl isn't correctly installed for lightsquid to work. Manually installing perl and adding a couple of symbiotic links seem to resolve the issue

I haven't posted this on the forum yet but it looks like the symbiotic links aren't being created for the anti-virus feature to work.

I had to create the following links:
ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/bin/c-icap /usr/local/bin/c-icap
ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/bin/c-icap-client /usr/local/bin/c-icap-client
ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/bin/c-icap-config /usr/local/bin/c-icap-config
ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/bin/c-icap-libicapapi-config /usr/local/bin/c-icap-libicapapi-config
ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/bin/c-icap-stretch /usr/local/bin/c-icap-stretch
ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/lib/c_icap /usr/local/lib/c_icap
ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/share/c_icap /usr/local/share/c_icap
ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/etc/c-icap /usr/local/etc/c-icap
ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/lib/libicapapi.so.3.0.5 /usr/local/lib/libicapapi.so.3

ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/etc/clamd.conf /usr/local/etc/clamd.conf
ln -s /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/etc/freshclam.conf /usr/local/etc/freshclam.conf

The c-icap.magic isn't being created, /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/etc/c-icap/c-icap.magic.sample should be also be copied to /usr/pbi/squid-amd64/local/etc/c-icap/c-icap.magic

The c-icap binary is complied with with IPv6 support (default port option). With the default build options, c-icap isn't listing on IPv4 anymore. Reading https://github.com/darold/squidclamav, squid.inc needs to be updated. I'll submit the changes in github shortly

start at line 1367 and replace current with this:
icap_service service_avi_req reqmod_precache icap://localhost:1344/squidclamav bypass=off
adaptation_access service_avi_req allow all
icap_service service_avi_resp respmod_precache icap://localhost:1344/squidclamav bypass=on
adaptation_access service_avi_resp allow all

If its not already, can c-icap be compiled with option --enable-large-files? squid is complied with it and also mention in https://github.com/darold/squidclamav

perl isn't working correcyly either. I only know its used so display /usr/local/www/clwarn.cgi when a virus is detected. I manually installed perl5 thru pkg install and to changed the first line in /usr/local/www/clwarn.cgi to use #!/usr/bin/perl
pfSense Packages - Bug #4196 (Resolved): Squid 3.4 pid file can't be createdhttps://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/41962015-01-11T07:47:51ZCino .cinony@gmail.com

Would it be possible to add a new page that would allow an admin/user to change the order in which packages are ordered in the config.xml file? Packages startup based on the order they are installed. It would be nice to change this order within the web gui instead of changing them manually in the config.xml. If this can be done, can it be added to 2.1.x and all feature releases?

I noticed the dhcp6 service logs data to the main system log instead of the dhcp log tab. I've added dhcp6 to line 585 and 643 to file system.inc. That seems to move its logging into the dhcp log file.
pfSense - Bug #2527 (Resolved): Miniupnpd starts but isn't workinghttps://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/25272012-06-29T07:51:07ZCino .cinony@gmail.com

I'll have to downgrade to a different snapshot since copying miniupnpd from last week snapshot didn't fix the issue, so its not the binary. I'm wondering if by removing the patch caused this issue. https://github.com/bsdperimeter/pfsense-tools/commit/0aa9dda62239dda4f6e744155e5e4617c0b2c2b6
