Redmine pfSense - Regression #11451 (Not a Bug): Openvpn wants to use route it should create firsthttps://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/114512021-02-18T14:57:39ZRene Hutschreuther

Since Pfsense version 2.5 openvpn is no longer able to connect to the server when the default gateway points to a vpn tunnel, because the system tries to connect through the not yet existing vpn tunnel. If you change the default gateway to Wan wait until the vpn tunnel is established and then change it back it works. The attempt to leave the default gateway on Wan and route the internet traffic over the firewall rules into the tunnel fails because the system ignores the gateway defaults for the tunnel in the firewall rule and continues routing over the Wan port.
pfSense Packages - Bug #9135 (Rejected): Suricata in inline modus blocks some downloads https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/91352018-11-18T16:40:31ZRene Hutschreuther

Suricata in the inline mode blocks some downloads mostly from Subdomains but some downloads it blocked from normal domains. The browser means that the domain not reachable when it was a subdomain or get a 3kb download when it was a normal domain. The suricata logs show nothing no alert no error. I think that the bug came with version 4.0.6.
