Redmine pfSense - Bug #8041 (Resolved): Missing download images for i386 platformhttps://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/80412017-11-01T01:32:33ZDamien Myracle

Hello...
Could some one comment on this issue please...

I need to download an embedded pfsense image for the i386 architecture CPU .

When navigating to : 'https://www.pfsense.org/download/' and going through the menu options, once drop down menu choices are all made, clicking 'download' button results in a error message returned by the web-server:

URL: https://nyifiles.pfsense.org/mirror/downloads/pfSense-CE-2.3.5-RELEASE-4g-i386-nanobsd.img.gz

Message: '404 Not Found'

I know that i386 development of the PFsense has been deprecated, however I do not have a choice to migrated on the newer versions due to the hardware platform I already invested.

If some one... please... could fix this issue with the 'https://www.pfsense.org/download/' portal so that downloading of the i386 images is possible - it would be awesome.

Or if some one in the forum knows of an alternative and reliable source to download those images - please please let me know and post the source in the forum.

Thank you.
pfSense - Bug #6441 (Not a Bug): Unable to restrict access to management interfacehttps://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/64412016-06-02T04:14:33ZDamien Myracle

OS: FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p3
Ver: 2.3.1-RELEASE-p1(amd64)

The goal: To restrict access from one of the subnets (OPT1) to a web-GIU of the PFsense.

The issue: Provided guide - https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Restrict_access_to_management_interface
no longer works because the web-GUI does not allow to specify the port(s) or an alias for the ports if and when the "Destination" set to "This firewall (self)".

Dev team, please take a look at this and if there is an alternative solution, please advise.

Thank you for your time.
pfSense Packages - Bug #6419 (Resolved): RRD_Summary reports incorrect bandwidth statistics.https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/64192016-05-30T20:37:27ZDamien Myracle

OS: 2.3.1-RELEASE (i386)
built on Tue May 17 18:46:37 CDT 2016 FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p3

Platform: PC-Engines Alix
CPU Type: Geode(TM) Integrated Processor by AMD PCS

Package: RRD_Summary version: 1.3.1_2

Issue: RRD_Summary package reports incorrect statistics.

Path: https://192.168.1.1/status_rrd_summary.php

shows: for a current month - Bandwidth total: 108864 MBytes
shows: for a last month - Bandwidth total: 1864608 MBytes

This can not be possibly correct. This particular device serving as a router on a residential ISP (ATT DLS) with a maximum download speed of 1.7 MB/s.

Before the upgrade to the current PFSense version, average bandwidth was between 30 to 40 GB.

According the stats currently reported, it seems that bandwidth that passed through the appliance is:

1864608 Megabytes = 1864.608 Gigabytes.

That would equivalent to a traffic I got at one of our co-location data-center, and definitely not on a home DLS line from ATT.

Could some one from a dev team take a look at this ticket, and touch-base with me if I am at error interpreting the stats or there is a legitimate issue here.

Note: this current PFsense install is an upgrade with GUI. The states written in wan-traffic.rrd migrated from the previous version of PFsense.

The interface assignment was kept the same.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help to diagnose the issue.

Thank you.
