Description
Currently, if you are creating a new user on the system_usermanager.php?act=new page,
'Click to create a user certificate' do not allow to select certificate type ('Key Type' field).

There is some issue with the patch. After adding the patch I wasn't able to access to system_usermanager.php. Please see the error log in the attachment.

built on Tue Aug 18 01:03:19 EDT 2020
It looks fine.
Probably some other patches were missing at 2.4.5-p1.
