Description
There are reports that setting up a DDNS client with Digital Ocean now only requires the actual host name like most other services and no longer requires the record ID in the hostname field (e.g. “host” for hostname and “domain.com” for the domain, instead of “1234567” for hostname)
The help text on Services>Dynamic DNS when adding or editing a client reads:
"DigitalOcean: Enter the record ID as the hostname and the domain separately."
This can be updated to be more accurate.
