Description

IPsec VTI interfaces names are not properly formed for more than 32 interfaces. For example a tunnel with a reqid of 50 is getting an interface name of ipsec50000 which is over 32768 and thus fails.

#9592 fixed this but another change after that appears to have broken it.

Renato already fixed this in 53b87a4cc9 and it was also merged into Plus.

Too late for 21.02.2/2.1.5, will be in the next release.
