Description

How to reproduce:

1) Install HAProxy-devel;
2) Check /var/etc/syslog.d/haproxy.log.conf file;
3) Uninstall HAProxy-devel;
4) /var/etc/syslog.d/haproxy.log.conf still there, and you can see `syslogd: /var/log/haproxy.log: No such file or directory` errors

workaround - reboot the system
