Description

IGMP Proxy restarts on IPv6 gateway events:
https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/blob/c5a7164f1f7d7fbe5f1e163cfcaf465851e3e45c/src/etc/rc.newwanipv6#L193

but there is not needs to restart it - IGMP Proxy doesn't support IPv6
