Description

Moving from internal Redmine since this affects CE and Plus and isn't hardware-dependent.

Original Description from NG 6255:

The services_router_advertisements.php doesn't have the red icons in the top right corner for restarting the service, viewing the logs, etc.. Just the red question mark.

Fixed by PR: https://gitlab.netgate.com/pfSense/pfSense/-/merge_requests/234

PR is already merged and picked back to 21.05 branch.
