Appears to be missing the closing ")" on line 378. (Can't speak to the zabbix-proxy.inc file, but suspect may be same type of issue?)

Same problem over here after updating to zabbix5-proxy-5.0.11 and zabbix5-agent-5.0.11

Thanks for merge, updated packages already available and issue resolved
Version 1.0.4_9 fixed the issue and this version is available on 2.5.2 CE and 21.05 Plus
