Description

Split from #2456

In the tunnel tab of the IPsec widget, add a mechanism to connect or disconnect tunnels

Already implemented in commit:bec6dcfbbef4832b34d47ca60b0671b23dc185d8 - adding this for tracking purposes so it shows in release notes.
