Description

- PC/SC daemon must be stopped before strongswan, otherwise it will flood log
- There is no needs in PC/SC service entry on the Status / Services page - it must be restarted in sync with strongswan daemon

PC/SC daemon can be enabled optionally under vpn_ipsec_settings.php. PC/SC daemon gets restarted along with IPsec daemon and vice versa.

It looks good now.
