Description

/etc/rc.carpmaster uses notify_via_smtp() to send the 'HA cluster member "(<iface>): (<iface_descr>)" has resumed CARP state "MASTER" for vhid <vhid>` message,
while /etc/rc.carpbackup uses notify_all_remote(), and sends the message also via telegram/pushover/slack.
