Description

All QR codes are presently identifying as "FreeRADIUS(username).

Please add an optional variable in user->One-Time Password Configuration where "issuer" may be entered. This in order to make the entry in TOTP-apps easily identifiable.
Checkbox "save as default" could save the entry for next time.

This will allow admins to issue QR as "CompanyName(user) for improved user experience.
