Description

CE snapshots now have OpenVPN 2.6.0 which removed the deprecated ncp-disable option, making cipher negotiation compulsory.

We need to remove the GUI and backend code for NCP from OpenVPN in CE.

It was already removed from Plus when DCO was added to Plus.

Tested on 2.7-DEV (built on Tue Apr 11 06:05:40 UTC 2023)

There is no 'NCP enable/disable' option for OpenVPN Server and Client.

I'll marked this ToDo request as resolved.
