Description

Currently the Azure dynamic DNS service doesn't show the host + domain and only shows the host name on the status widget, which causes confusion.

I believe there is a bug or issue when retrieving the hostnames for dyndns status (at least for the azure service) and it should display "host"+"domain" or use the description field (that field specifically says it's for use with the status widget).

Showing config and widget results

Thanks!

Scenario:
Configure Dynamic DNS Update for an Azure DNS host entry, add dynamic DNS status widget to the dashboard.
This includes having multiple similar or identical 'host' records for multiple zones (domain1.com, domain2.com, domain3.com)

Actual Outcome:
- Azure DNS entry displays only the host name, if the same hostname across multiple domains are used, these are ambiguous which is unlike the other DNS services offered.

Expected Outcome:
- Azure DNS entry would display the hostname {host}.{domain}.{tld} or display the description provided
