Description

Add the ability to invoke OCI APIs to relocate secondary IPs (i.e. CARP VIPs) on vNICs when CARP VIP events occur in pfSense [Plus] when using unicast CARP.

Based on some experimentation with 23.05, this seems reasonably doable with devel/oci-cli pkg, some devd config and a simple shell script.
