The assigned Tailscale interface causes the "Network interface mismatch" on booting

Description

If you assign the tailscale0 as the interface, it will cause "Network interface mismatch" during the boot and prevent the system complete load

steps to reproduce:

1)Install tailscale package
2)Configure it and run the service
3)Assign tailscale0 interface at Interfaces=>Assignments tab
4)Reboot the device

the boot will stuck on Warning: Configuration references interfaces that do not exist: tailscale0

23.05.1-RELEASE (amd64)

  • Target version deleted (2.8.0)
  • Plus Target Version deleted (23.09)

That is expected, users should not assign the Tailscale interface, it isn't meant to be used that way.

There may not be a good way to prevent users from doing that, however, since this is a package.
