Auto Config Backup times are incorrect

Description

The timestamp shown for ACB backups is incorrect by 6hrs. This appears to be because the server is saving/returning files using UTC but the restore page is coded to expect US central time:

confirmed, if I make a backup now 16:50 the restore page shows the time stamp as 22:50. likewise my scheduled backups occur 02:26 but the restore page has the time stamp as 08:26 and 07:26 before DST occured.

The ACB server is now using the expected timezone. Backups report the correct time.
