Description

According to the NET_SMTP documentation (https://github.com/pear/Net_SMTP):

TLS/SSL is enabled for authenticated connections by default (via the auth() method's $tls parameter), but the STARTTLS command can also be sent manually using the starttls() method.

It would be nice to be able to check a box for "use STARTTLS" for unauthenticated SMTP connections. There is currently no way to send an encrypted email from pfSense without configuring authentication.
