Description

When using multi-wan failover, the timing from Tier2 to Tier1 (and vice versa) can be dizzying.
There should be a setting in the gateway group entry that reads something like "Failback Timer: When the higher tier gateway is available with zero errors for X seconds, switch back to the higher tier"

My use case:
Primary WAN gets high packet loss intermittently. It failovers to the cellular backup. That works.

The problem is that the packet loss lasts 10-90s. So pfSense is flapping the gateway between Tier 1 (cable) and Tier 2 (cellular) quite rapidly.

I’ve tried it on packet loss and on member down. Member down doesn’t really work out well because the packet loss may not trip the failover but will be pretty bad. Even still, it's so rapid and frequent the internet connection via either tier is pretty much unusable and I just power down the T1 connection for an hour.

Basically I’d like to have it failover to the cellular and stay there until the primary has been in a good state for at least 5, maybe 10 minutes.
