I'm considering a situation where dhcp would be handling lots of reservations, something in the vicinity of 300.000.
I'm almost sure, that with that many entries, if someone touches status/dhcp leases with that many entries on file, without pagination, most probably either the browser will crash or the server side web process will die.
Apart from disabling the option utilizing user manager privileges, it would be nice not to list ANY entries following the same logic (and setting) that already exists for fw states.

Also, searching through this amount of leases might also be an issue, and depending on the (kea) backend might be left to the database (and its indexes) or even better use elastic search for instantaneous searches.
