Description

Trying to use an OpenVPN interface as a parent for VLANs or QinQ fails in current builds.

Aug 5 13:56:31     php-cgi     703     rc.bootup: interface_qinq_configure called with invalid if.

Aug 6 21:37:51     php-fpm     603     /interfaces.php: The command '/sbin/ifconfig 'ovpns6.600.601' description 'QinQonVPN'' returned exit code '1', the output was 'ifconfig: interface ovpns6.600.601 does not exist'

Tested in 24.08.
