Description

Some systems / configurations can end up with no default route after boot-up is complete.

Most systems that hit this do not do so at every boot.

Systems hitting this have unusual WAN configurations. For example a LAGG of IXL NICs.

This appears to be a timing or ordering issue between the scripts that run at boot to configure the WAN and set the default route.
