DHCP IPv4 and IPv6 KeaMA migration assistant and KeaMA Lease Migration tool

Description
With migration to Kea DHCP eventually coming to being eminent and open-source versions of Kea missing various hooks/features of the commercial variants of Kea, to help assist users through migration more successfully and to help more thoroughly identify per user case which configuration specifics/features that need to be manually configured vs. need source-code compiled to add that cannot be automatically translated, I feel it would be a good idea to have both the KeaMA migration assistant and KeaMA Lease Migration tool added in to both CE and Plus as base packages alongside Kea and be implemented into the GUI on the System>Advanced>Networking tab DHCP Options, one for DHCPv4 migration and one for DHCPv6 migration

With migration to Kea DHCP eventually coming to being eminent and open-source versions of Kea missing various hooks/features of the commercial variants of Kea, to help assist users through migration more successfully and to help more thoroughly identify per user case which configuration specifics/features that need to be manually configured vs. need source-code compiled to add that cannot be automatically translated before finding that after clicking the toggle to Kea "now" there's issues, I feel it would be a good idea to have both the KeaMA migration assistant and KeaMA Lease Migration tool added in to both CE and Plus as base packages alongside Kea and be implemented into the GUI on the System>Advanced>Networking tab DHCP Options, one for DHCPv4 migration and one for DHCPv6 migration
