When I was updating the docs I wasn't really happy with how the options flowed now and some of the text. I also changed my mind about adding more help text in the GUI since I realized the current GUI was lacking a lot of context that would be helpful for users who may not know what any of these acronyms mean.
I've got things rearranged slightly and text added and the docs updated to match, will commit shortly.
