Description
Placeholder issue for if_pppoe to show in the release notes.
This functionality is optional and currently opt-in. It replaces the current MPD-based PPPoE backend with a new in-kernel implementation that does not use Netgraph. This allows much faster speeds, but may not support all of the current MPD PPPoE functionality (for example, if_pppoe does not support MLPPP).
