Description

Good afternoon, we use a ThinkSystem SR630 V3 server, it has a QLogic QLE2772 32Gb 2-Port PCIe Fibre Channel Adapter module, which is used for Fibre Channel, and at the stage of loading this driver, the server crashes with a kernel panic.
I am attaching screenshots with a description of the problem and the server composition.
