It looks like the latest 25.11 snaps are now based on 16.0, not 15.0 as listed on https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/releases/versions.html

# pkg info -E pfSense
pfSense-25.11.b.20251028.1838

# uname -rs
FreeBSD 16.0-CURRENT

# freebsd-version -k
FreeBSD 16.0-CURRENT

Yes, that is another change to be made. But there aren't docs for 16 yet so until those exist, they'll link to 15 instead since it's the newest available.
