That was intentional because at the time there were no 15.0 docs. There are now, though.

It looks like the latest 25.11 snaps are now based on 16.0, not 15.0 as listed on https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/releases/versions.html

Yes, that is another change to be made. But there aren't docs for 16 yet so until those exist, they'll link to 15 instead since it's the newest available.
