Description

Some packages may be missing their installation-related config after a system update. Testing between Plus 26.03 snapshots I've noticed config.xml ends up missing sections for installedpackages/package/include_file and installedpackages/package/plugins. The affected package seems to be somewhat random - same goes for which config section is missing. The issue itself seems to be intermittent since some system updates do not result in the issue.

Fixed with acc97ffa402ce69d52a7e8d3ae4a829ccb4398d5. Tested on the same device that was experiencing the issue.
