it is not possible to install in an environment in which the gateway is non-local. IE OVH
Request the ability to add a gateway that is not in the local subnet....
When the WAN IP & GW are not in the same subnet, apply a route add ... as the GUI does.
NOTE: it was possible to load the package without the network availability of the internet; however, this is not available since 2.8, the move to installer 1.1.1
