Description

A package install (not reinstall) from the Package Manager page results in an error about the PHP version. The following command replicates the error in the CLI:

$ pfSense-upgrade -d -i pfSense-pkg-arping
WARNING: Current pkg repository has a new PHP major
         version. pfSense should be upgraded before
         installing any new package.
