As discussed in https://forum.netgate.com/topic/200029/telegraf-failure-due-to-deprecated-ssl_ca-parameter
The Telegraf package service settings page writes a parameter "ssl_ca" that was deprecated in telegraf 1.35 (https://docs.influxdata.com/telegraf/v1/release-notes/#v1350). This package now includes telegraf 1.36.2.
Having this parameter in the configuration file causes the telegraf binary execution to fail if output to InfluxDB is selected.
The only indication other than lack of metrics being reported, is repeated messages will be logged regarding the failure - "servicewatchdog_cron.php: Service Watchdog detected service telegraf stopped. Restarting telegraf (Telegraf daemon)"
