Description
This is a variation on Bug #16359 : a new install is booted while a config.xml is present on a USB key.
The external configuration locator finds the configuration file but the LAN and WAN interface assignments are changed from laggX.Y to whatever was assigned during the installation.
config.xml is not copied "verbatim". At that point, the installation looses all connectivity.
If this is the initial boot after installation and the key is left on purpose, packages are not reloaded. Package configuration is not lost and packages can be manually reinstalled.
