Description
The log file nginx.log is configured to receive all of the nginx logs. Additionally the nginx logs are sent to system.log. Avoid these duplicate logs by excluding them entirely from system.log. Notably this change should only apply to local logs given that there's no similar separation with remote logging.

works, nginx logs are found in the GUI Service sub-tab, no longer seen in System General logs
